The Festival 2023

For our festival bottlings, we carefully select some of our best casks. The recipe for this year's festival bottling comes from only peated whisky that was first matured in Bourbon barrels and then newly charred American oak casks. The Festival 2023, like all High Coast bottlings, is neither colored nor cold-filtered. We recommend that The Festival 2023 be allowed to sit in the glass for a while to open up. Feel free to add a couple of drops of water to enhance the aromas in the glass.
