We recommend that 63 is allowed to sit in the glass for a while to open up. Feel free to add a couple of drops of water to highlight the aromas in the glass, and maybe add a few more drops if the whisky is perceived as too strong.

63 consists of 100% peated whisky (63ppm) matured in 41 63 liter Bourbon casks for 6.3 years, then matured in PX casks for an additional 630 days.
