In Flames Selection

Anders Fridén, lead singer in the rock group In Flames, is a genuine whisky and fan of Box. Previously, Anders has selected barrels at Glenfarclas that have been bottled under the group’s name. Now it was time to repeat that success under Box label and we let Anders roam freely in the warehouses during an August day 2016.

He went to work with great enthusiasm and found an elegant bourbon barrel with character and personality. In Flames is a rock band with the whole world as its stage with a very large and dedicated fanbase. When just over 300 bottles were launched at Systembolaget’s ordering range, they were oversubscribed several times and were sold out in seconds … In other words, this exclusive bottling is unusually difficult to come by but really worth tasting.
