Cinco II

Cinco is Spanish and means five. For Cinco, we have used a number of casks that previously stored five different types of sherry. The five varieties are Oloroso, Fino, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado. 12 of the 18 casks included in Cinco are made from Spanish oak. We chose to add some American oak sherry casks to balance out the spiciness from the Spanish oak.
